Created in 1967, the Order of Canada, one of our country’s highest civilian honours, recognizes outstanding achievement, dedication to the community and service to the nation.
On December 30th, his Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, named new members including Dr. Jan Christilaw. As Vice President, Provincial Women’s and Newborn Health, PHSA, Dr Christilaw has become a renowned champion for women and newborn health provincially, nationally and globally.
