GOC/APOG joint program on enhancing competency in health advocacy

The Society of Gynecologic Oncology of Canada (GOC) and The Association of Academic Professionals in Obstetrics and Gynecology of Canada (APOG) are pleased to announce that the UBC project “PAP Challenge during Cervical Cancer Awareness Week at UBC 2016” has been selected as the “Project Involving the Most Residents”. Our university is among four other universities, out of eleven participating universities, awarded for the GOC/APOG joint program on enhancing competency in health advocacy role for residents in obstetrics and gynecology.

The awards ceremony will be held during the GOC AGM of June 22-24, 2017 – Ottawa on Friday, June 23, 2017 at 9:50 am at the Westin Ottawa Hotel when all winning teams will receive their award.
