Dr Phelps is an OB/GYN at Langley Memorial Hospital and a Clinical Instructor in the UBC Department of OB/GYN. She is recognized as a senior leader for Quality Improvement within Fraser Health Authority, having served as OB/GYN Department Head and Medical QI Lead for Langley Memorial Hospital.
She will work with physicians and clinical leaders to provide leadership and expertise in the promotion of quality improvement principles, practices and tools and the application and integration of evidence-based systems. Dr Phelps will participate in the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of physician-led QI throughout Fraser Health.
