How to apply

Canadian applicants must have completed their Obstetrics and Gynecology training through a Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) accredited program and be eligible to sit the RCPSC examinations in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Applicant should also confirm with CPSBC webpage to ensure they are eligible for registration.

1. Personal statement: Maximum one typed page indicating your interest in this fellowship, goals and objectives, including career plans.
2. Curriculum vitae
3. Three (3) letters of reference
   • Letters of reference should be on official letterhead and submitted from the referee to the Sr. Program Assistant directly. (PDF via email is acceptable)
   • Letters of reference should make particular mention of clinical ability, surgical skills, and research accomplishments

Preference will be given to applicants who can demonstrate support from their site. An optional Letter of Support from your hospital or university for the provision of vulvovaginal services at your site once training has completed is recommended.
