Biography

Larisse completed a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from the Federal University of RN – Brazil, and a Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition from UBC. She also received a certificate in International Project Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

She has previously worked in research studies assessing the nutritional status of low- and high-risk postpartum women in Brazil, and has also coordinated different research activities at UBC, including the management of ethics applications, cross-institutional invoices and study logistics, as well as training volunteers and RAs.
