The National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity (NCFDD) is an independent professional development, training, and mentoring community for faculty members, postdocs, and graduate students. Their goal is to support academics in making successful transitions throughout their careers. NCFDD offers a variety of courses that can assist staff with the development of their academics skills, including courses around strategic planning, academic publishing, and writing & research productivity. UBC now has an international membership with NCFDD, therefore their services are complimentary with your UBC CWL login/password.
