Congratulations to Katherine Gray who was awarded the 2023 DA Boyes Memorial Research Award. Katherine, along with her supervisor Dr. Marianne Vidler, are the only recipients of the award this year. There proposal aims to investigate the issue of PPROM in Rwanda, with particular emphasis on understanding the factors that contribute to PPROM and its impact on outcomes and identifying local antibiotic susceptibility patterns, which is important work for developing updated, evidence-based guidelines for managing PPROM, an important aim of this work.
