Congratulations to Dr. Peter Leung on receiving the 2019 Distinguished Researcher Award in Basic Science Research.
This major achievement recognizes outstanding work on the basis of a distinguished research career, recognition in the research community, contributions to student educational growth, and commitment to equity and diversity over the past year.
Dr. Leung is a Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of British Columbia. He is an Honorary Professor in the Institute of Zoology at the Chinese Academy of Science; a Distinguished Visiting Professor at Anhui Medical University; and a Visiting Professor at Zhejiang University, Fudan University, Taipei Medical University and Capital Medical University.
