Dr. Thom Wroz, Interim Division Head
We are delighted to welcome Dr. Thom Wroz as the Interim Division Head of General Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
Dr Wroz was born in Poland and immigrated to Canada at the age of 16. He attended Ashbury College in Ottawa and gained his BSc (anat) at McGill University and his MD at Dalhousie University. He was a UBC Resident in the Class of 1999. Since 2000 he has had a generalist practice in Kamloops. Dr. Wroz was the UBC Resident Site coordinator since 2004.
His special interest is in pelvic reconstruction surgery.
We are very grateful to him for stepping into this interim leadership role.
