Miller Mindell Gynecologic Oncology Research Fellowship

The University of British Columbia and Vancouver General Hospital are offering a one- or two-year gynecologic oncology research fellowship. The training program is designed to cultivate outstanding academic Gynecologic Oncologists – both clinician investigators and physician-scientists.

Our program provides opportunities in a diverse range of research training disciplines including, but not limited to, cancer biology, molecular therapeutics, data science, AI/machine learning, clinical trial design/implementation, translational sciences, survivorship, epidemiology, health disparities, and health services research.

The training program offers a rich research environment and mentorship by highly regarded researchers and experienced clinical investigators of British Columbia’s Gynecologic Cancer Initiative, a province-wide interdisciplinary research program affiliated with synergistic partner institutions including University of British Columbia, Vancouver General Hospital, BC Cancer, and BC Women’s Hospital + Health Centre.

The fellow will conduct their research within the multidisciplinary Provincial Gynecologic Tumour Group with a team of dedicated gynecologic cancer specialists in medical oncology, surgery, radiation oncology, pathology, counselling, hereditary cancer testing, nursing and research.
