New OBGYN Staff Service Awards deadline EXTENDED TO Friday 8th January 2016

Commitment 5 of our strategic plan is to Realize Individual Potential (as detailed in our Strategic Plan).  This includes recognizing the accomplishments of faculty and staff.  There are many awards available for faculty members but few for staff.  As a result the Department Executive recently approved the creation of a Staff Service Award in order for us, as a Department, to celebrate the successes and achievements of our hard working staff.

Please find attached PDF outlining the details of the award and a fill-able application form on the second page.

Please consider nominating a colleague on staff if you feel they meet the criteria. The hope is to make this a yearly award. It is open to the three main employment groups we have within the Department: CUPE2950, Management and Professional and Non Union Techs/Research Assistants.  One award will be available for each employment group.

The deadline for submission of these awards is EXTENDED TO Friday January 8th 2016.
