The BC Centre for Vulvar Health would like to welcome Dr. Mruganka Kale who has started the vulvovaginal health and sexual medicine advanced training program. Dr. Kale is originally from Vancouver and completed medical school at UBC. She did a Masters degree in health policy at Queen’s University. She did her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University or Calgary. She is a practicing OBGYN at the Peter Lougheed Hospital in Calgary and plans to return after her training to establish a vulvar clinic. She is passionate about immigrant and refugee health and developing resources in vulvovaginal health for pigmented skin.
