Dr Amy Jamieson is delighted to begin her appointment as a tenure track Assistant Professor Surgeon-Scientist in the UBC Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Division of Gynecologic Oncology. Dr Jamieson is from New Zealand and completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency at the University of Otago and her Gynecologic Oncology Fellowship at the University of Sydney and University of British Columbia. She was the first recipient of the Miller-Mindell Translational Research Fellowship with OVCARE/Gynecologic Cancer Initiative. She now works as a Gynecologic Oncologist at Vancouver General Hospital and BC Cancer. Her research projects are focused on molecular stratification and a subtype specific approach to endometrial and vulvar cancers.
